Before use, make sure to undo all interior Velcro and straps to insert the plates.

RED PLATES: Each plate weighs 6 lbs. Two plates can be loaded onto compatible carriers for a total weight of 14 lbs (12 lbs of weights plus the weight of the plate carrier).
