Our vest is made from high-quality soft fabric that stretches for a great fit, prevents weights from bouncing, and has reflective elements for safety in low light conditions. The 5 lbs vest comes with a Hyper Vest FIT shell and 10 plastic weights filled with steel shot, totaling 5 lbs. Additional weights are available for purchase separately, allowing for a maximum weight of 8 lbs. The weights are compact and removable, about the size of a deck of cards, making it easy to wash the vest.
