An additional 3 lbs box (6 extra weights) can be purchased separately, making the maximum weight adjustable up to 8 lbs. An 8 lbs vest is also available, including 16 weights. Each weight is compact, about the size of a deck of cards, and removable for convenience.
• Custom Fit: Available in small, medium, or large sizes, the vest offers a roomy scoop neck and adjustable side laces. With removable weights, it allows customization from ½ lb to 8 lbs in half-pound increments.
• Streamlined Fit: Ideal for minimal bounce during activities, the vest can be worn over clothing or discreetly under outerwear. It evenly distributes weight to avoid neck and shoulder strain.
• Durable and Safe: Made from soft, durable CORDURA® fabric and an easy-care polyester-lycra blend, the vest features satin lining and shoulder padding for comfort. Reflective elements ensure safety during low light conditions.

Size Chart and Care:

• Sizing: If you are between sizes, it is recommended to size up. Each weight is ½ lb, the size of a deck of cards, and can be easily removed or inserted. The vest’s maximum capacity is 10 lbs, though some large sizes are marked as 8 lbs.
• Maintenance: The vest is machine washable with removable weights, ensuring easy care and longevity.
